Feeling like teenagers!!!

Getting together for our morning coffee. My cousin and I are about 3,000 steps away from each other. We take turn as to which neighborhood we meet for coffee. it is so fun to be able to do. We than walked back our way to the second hand market. I have shown you in a previous blog some of the glass recycling I love. I stop at this table every time . Today I spoke to Dani, one of the artist behind the glass upcycling. They actually do more than glass they paint very good paintings, mainly people. I took a few pictures again, Dani told me how he solders the glass together. He makes his own mix of metals, three of them, tin, silver and copper. Their workshop is in Torremolinos.

Jim and I had a great paella for 14 euros per person. It was at the Vinea restaurant. The deal is as long as you eat before 6 pm. We had the seafood one, It was full of delicious seafood. Did not taste fishy at all. In some restaurants when they serve you their paella the seafood in it is very small and fishy. It some times cooked and served in their shells. I hate that. But this one was just perfect. Perfectly stuck to the bottom of the pan, for taste.

Last night we went out, AGAIN, to the Salon de Variety theater for a Pink Floyd cover band show.

Unfortunately we were not allow to take pictures or film. It was AMAZING! there was 9 performers on the stage. They were all great. They kept ''the wall'' for the last encore. The theater, filled with white heads, was up and singing with them at the top of their lungs. My cousin Nancy said: ''I love it, I feel like I am 17 years old again'' I guess that is the best compliment ever. We then stopped at a Mexican restaurant for a drink on our way home with Marlene, John and Maria

Today is just a normal Sunday in Paradise with a stroll on the board walk, with family and friends.....
