Well Michel Yves's brother made it in so we went for supper together. Only the weather was good when we left the apartment. It started to rain at the end of our 15 minutes walk to reach the restaurant. The food was great, I had quesadillas and the rest of them Indian food. It is some of the best Indian food we've had. The rain got drenching by the time we exited the place. we walked about 10 minutes and stopped at the Vinea restaurant. They are offering a ''paint and sip'' evening. They supply everything, so I wanted to give my name for February 7's class. What the heck! I do not know what is to be painted but I don't care. Just have fun with other people!

When we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted by one of the waitresses, Rozalina, I had bought some art work of hers last year:

There, at the restaurant was also waiters, James and Suzy, acquaintances from the ''Talk of the town'' from our second stay in Fuengirola. They are from England, living in Spain. You can call them friends by now. They are hoping for our stays every year!

We left the restaurant in an even heavier rain storm, walked for another 10 minutes. By the time we got to the apartment, we were soaking wet! My wool jacquet was dripping wet. We got undressed and dressed in warm clothes pretty fast. Yes, the clothes are still wet. I expect it might take a couple of days for them to dry. We did have a good laugh. Jim had a cap on so he could see where we were going. I was completely blinded by the rain getting between my glasses and my eyes. Today is nice and sunny again.

Yesterday I listed friends arriving to Fuengirola and I got a comment from my friend Jean-Paul saying: Hey you forgot me, I'll be there soon. lol I apologize for not mentioning you. He is a dear friend of ours, and actually the one responsible of introducing Fuengirola to us!

Today will be a quiet day after 3,000 steps to the pier and grocery, I will work on my puzzle!

Did I mention that my poor Jim had some pain caused by a recurring abscess. He had seen the dentist in North Bay and was given antibiotics. It didn't quite do the trick so he went for an appointment at the dentist here. Well this is what needs to happen: 2 extractions, removal of triple gold crowns (keeping those lol) 2 posts and 3 new crowns. All for 2,600 euros which translate to $5,200 dollars. We are happy it happened here. It much cheaper when you think that I paid $1700 just to pull one teeth in 2021!

Poor guy will have to go through all that during our vacations. Te hablaté mas tarde amigos mios!
