My sister arrived in Malaga yesterday. It was a windy, rainy day. The worst we've had this year. But by the time we got to Malaga Central, the rain had stopped. We accompanied her through town to find the room she rented. She will be there for 3 days and then move to Benalmadena. Benalmadina, I have talked about few years back in a blog called ''never on a Sunday''. It is a beautiful town full of activities. I know she will love it there. It will take about 15 minutes to go visit by train, just a little longer by bus.

Of course we stopped for food and drinks, one big pitcher of sangria. and 5 tapas to share for 15 euros

I found this cool little plate on our way to the room. You see the center of my little plate appr. 4 inches is textured, little peeks, to grate chocolate or ginger or cheese even but mainly garlic! Manon, that might be a great seller in North Bay just saying lol. I am sure I have seen it somewhere else, but it is the first time I get how handy it is going to be to me.

On the washroom subject, I saw this the other day. It looks like a very modern sink with special faucets. But it was all repaired with duck tape and falling apart really. What is the point of having fancy stuff if it is falling apart.

We have been walking by a restaurant called : La taberna Abuella (which means grandmother's tavern) always full of people. We finally stopped for supper last night. We now know why it is so popular. The food was delicious, they have many different kind of very affordable tapas and they offer daily specials. Jim had a spanish chicken with ratatouille and I had the crispy porc meal each a beer for 14 euros. Can't beat that! Actually yes you can if you get invited for supper at friends lol.

Today is a very windy and cold day...Time to clean the apartment lol

Buenas dias muchachos!!!
