There is a tiny place call San Chocolate (Saint Chocolat) in the old part of Fuengirola. The food has no equivalent in all the town. they have a center court or garden which you cannot get a seat at on Sunday after the 11 o'clock mass. Jim and I took a walk to it this Sunday morning. We had a croissant with cheese, avocado and ham. And a délicious coffee. They make the most delicious mille-feuilles, it has to be 3 inches thick at least! I'll go back for one soon and post a picture.

Also at the marina on Sunday bars (especially the White Rose) hire musicians for the pleasure of the tourists. You have to reserve your seat. Here is a picture of Jim and I honoring our good friend Marlene with a sangria for her traditional sangria sunday at the marine. Thinking of you lady wishing you were here.

When in Fuengirola, I go for manicures and pedicures every month or so. The salon I go to, Bianca, has a good special for seniors on Tuesday you can have both for only 35 euros (aprx 51 dollars). Tonight, we went out for a walnut and parmesan tagliatelle at our favorite Italian restaurant. I never think of making it when I am back home but I love it! Anyway today was gray with light rain, but we walked 7,000 steps never the less. It is the first rainy day this week.
Hasta la vista amigos!
